xiexie, a four-piece alternative band from Tokyo that has garnered attention for its dreamy guitar sound, releases its first physical work, "XIEXIE / 33" record!

Formed in January 2020, Tokyo-based indie band xiexie is a quartet of four members who play alternative psychedelic pop and indie-pop music that is similar to US indie and Asian indie sounds. The band actively performs live mainly in Tokyo, and has appeared at festivals such as "FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL'22 ROOKIE A GO GO GO" and "SYNCHRONICITY," and was selected as a support act for Tommy Guerrero's The band has also been selected as a support act for Tommy Guerrero.

xiexie will release "XIEXIE / 33" on January 24, 2024, a record that combines the two EPs "XIEXIE" and "33" that they have released to date. The record features a total of 10 songs with Japanese vocals at the core, but with a sound that is reminiscent of US indie and Asian indie music.
