Mophing People, the electrifying group from Osaka's underground rock scene, are back with their highly anticipated new EP, Alternative e.p. 2. Following the success of their debut full-length album 'MPPP (2023)', Mophing People consisting of Litsuko (ex. Shonen Knife) and Makoto Miyoshi (Rumania Montevideo) has expanded their lineup with new support members: Kazunobu Majima and Renta-P (songwriting/creative group), alongside Maenosono Masaki (live support member). Together, they continue to craft tracks that seamlessly blend crunchy guitar riffs with ethereal vocals and captivating basslines.

With Alternative e.p. 2, Mophing People takes their signature sound to new heights. Drawing inspiration from legendary alternative icons like Dinosaur Jr., Radiohead, Mudhoney, and Lush, the band blends nostalgia with innovation, creating a powerful reflection of their bold, raw, and unapologetically authentic sound!
